  • Identity & Contact Data: Names, national identification details, phone numbers, and email addresses provided during registration or inquiry.
  • Agricultural & Financial Data: For outgrower partners, we collect farm acreage, geographical coordinates, harvest yields, and banking/M-Pesa details for direct financial settlements.
  • Commercial Data: Corporate entity details, procurement volumes, and logistics routing information for our B2B industrial clients.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device specifications, and usage analytics gathered via cookies when interacting with our digital interfaces.

Operational Execution: To manage farmer contracting, schedule cane harvesting, and process corresponding payments efficiently.

Commercial Delivery: To fulfill industrial sugar and molasses orders, optimize supply chain routing, and provide customer support.
